Hi ,
I found a way and do not know whether is working properly ?
1. I backup using dump into a text.
2. I drop the database which I want to restore to
3. I recreate the database using utf8 encode
4. I restore the text into this newly created database with utf8
encoding.
the rest I cross my finger ...
so far no complains from users yet.
so I considered this temporary solved unless someone can tell me whether
what I did is ok .
