When I view the chart of accounts in the trunk release (v5.0) the first field gets pushed around by the indentations due to the arrow widgets.
See here: http://greno-misc.googlecode.com/files/openerp-chart-indentation-problem.jpg If you look right under the Chart tab you will see where this is happening to the 'Current' field which is the first field when the 'account_ifrs' module is loaded. I think the arrows need to be placed in their own blank column so this indentation doesn't occur within a chart field.
