Hi, on creation of new database You have to uncheck loading of demonstration data, otherwise it will be pretty impossible to delete all of the preloaded records. O f coarse doing that directly from DB it is possible, but if you have not created a lot of your own complicated records it is easier to create new DB, or export your data to new database.
The other way is changing the default option of server from commandline or configuration file, anyway you will have to create new database.
