install aditional module for contacts. There is an extended Partner form where you can add as many contacts you need for each address. Partners are suppliers and customers. You can click the option in master form to fix what is the partner. You can click both, so you are setting a partner as a supplier and a customer at the same time. You don't have to register him two times. 2. Detailed information on each client visit (job), including duration, details of work carried out, products sold, etc. You need CRM module. You can set visits, details, agent...Its a very very powerful module. 3. Produce invoices from above or export details for accounting package. I don't know exactly this one exists or not, but try in CRM module, filter data and print a report. You could build the report yourself, but first I would try with standard functionality, maybe working on filters a little bit you can easily obtain what you want. 7. Time estimate to set-up for a very experienced Linux user but new to OpenERP. What means set-up when working with an ERP???? [Rolling Eyes] You can be very experienced programming modules, but knowing nothing about functionality. You can be expert on modules or, defining and optimizing Business workflow and knowing nothing about programming. You can be expert on your own business processes, but knowing nothing about other business processes. Who is an expert in all ERP posible working areas???
