I just installed tinyerp-server and -client on my Slackware-12.2
server/workstation. The server starts and I can invoke the client, but
cannot create a database (yes, postgres is always running).

The man pages say the config file is ~/.tinyerp-serverrc, but that's not
what's installed with -4.2.3.4; it's ~/.terprc. Regardless, when I add a
db_user and db_password to the login section and invoke the client, I see
that the application could not connect to the demo database.

The "help" menu option fails to load the user guide.

What do I read to properly configure the server for my username and
password? What do I read to learn the capabilities of the client and how to
effectively use it?
