Is it possible to restrict a user to see only records satisfying some condition?
I would like to give my customers access via eTiny to the crm/helpdesk module, but they should only see records where they are set as customers. The "rules" tab in groups seems to be the place to look, but I do not understand it nor do I find any documentation on it. Any help?
