Thx for your answer, I know the active field but I want only delete a contact not the complete partner. It should be possible to delete or change the contact without any effect to the invoices. At the moment the contact in old invoices will be changed if I change the contact data. It would be better if this will be handled like the products where I can change the data (price etc) and this has no effect to old invoices. I mean the contact should also be saved separated with the invoice. If this is not possible I will get a long list of contacts and I dont know which one is active or not.
