I am studying the maintenance contract proposals as far as it possible via

With the buy it... -button some extra (but still to less) information is given.
For example the SMB Editon
User Number = up to 15
Inside the buy it... - button the description is:
* You can have up to 15 users with this edition
* 1 account on the user portal
there is some extra information at the bottom of that page but it is still
unclear to me.
My question is:
1. Can more then one employee login at the same time? or is it limited to
only one employee logged in at the same time?
2. Can I study a official (empty) contract upfront, I couldn't find such a
document.
