Is it possible to use the mrp module to schedule orders that are in the distant future? Sometimes my company gets order requests a year in advance and won't buy material until it's necessary (maybe 3 months prior to the customer due date). Our current scheduling software tracks all the processes and generates an estimated purchase date.
Does anyone know if this is possible with the current MRP module? After playing around with the module it appears to me it doesn't do this.
