I'm going to have a developer make a custom module that talks via Amazon's XML APIs to send orders to them and also check inventory and notify them of in-coming shipments.
Amazon's service is pretty slick. You send them a pallet of your product, they receive it, scan the items in and then when you want to send one to a customer you send them the name, address, item and quantity and they pack it up and ship it out.
