Yes and no.
We already have a wiki, for miscelleanous needs like organising
community meetings. It's on openobject, here:

But we don't plan to use the wiki for documentation, not practical at
all, compared to RST. We are working on giving the possibility to put
comments in the documentation directly. Then, some authors can integrate
feedback from comments in the .rst files managed on launchpad, in the
openobject-doc project.
I am writing a document that explains everything. I hope I will be able
to release it this week.

Did you also consider a new wiki? Easy to maintain by all kinds of users, both
technical and functional.
Especially for documenting features of modules, use cases etc I think it's a
powerful tool.
Anyway, thumbs up!
