Do a wizard that asks for which bank account you plan to import ?

If I download an MT940 file from my bank, it contains transactions for all my bankaccounts.
If I look at for instance the CODA import, that is written for writing the statements to just one journal.
I think I need a way to determine to which bank journal I should add a
transaction.
Any ideas?
