I've found out that I have to initially start openerp-server.py with the desired price_accuracy set, BEFORE I create a database. Otherwise I have to manually change the table fields in postgresql to get my desired price_accuracy. Now I have to do some testing and see why in a pdf purchase order it's rounded up, yet in the client it's not.
