We are starting to evaluate OpenERP for possible implementation and have reservations about it. We do not have any python developers in house at the moment and are having a difficult time adding/customizing fields and getting them to work properly. We can usually get the object structure setup but it appears we need to delve into python to define new relationships.
Question 1 - Is the above true or are we just missing how to define new relationships? Question 2 - Are there any partners in the US? Is there anyone in the US using this product? The OpenERP website doesn't list any. We are willing to purchase official support if we move forward with the system but need a little more help with the evaluation.
