solved : compatibility problem of different version between GTK installer, the gimp (which has gtk include), and dia (also) conclusion : uninstall gtk gtk-dev, the gimp, dia and all software based gtk, clean registry ans disk (with software (glary utilities, comodo system cleaner) and manually ( search gtk in C:\ )), delete eventually environment's variables. restart windows A+
