Hi. The menu entries are placed by different modules using the <act_window> tag. For instance to change 'Sales' link, edit addsons/sale/sale_view.xml and look for the link with id act_res_partner_2_sale_order.
You add by placing a similar <act_window> link. The name specified will appear in the indicated src_model. Cheers. Mugoma, Yengas.
