On the second tab of this error screen, you wil have the errorlog. Or in the logfiles of the server you may find them too. These are much more interresting and can give you perhaps a clue what is wrong. It could be a setup issue (dependicies) or an open salesorder that is mallformed. As far I know, there are no restriction programmed in the software.
