Hi. By putting the rate of 1 you're signaling to the system that CHF is your base currency. Then the rate of all others (including EURO) will be relative to CHF. The effect is same as swapping CHF and EURO, only that you will need to (re)calculate (change) EURO -> CHF rate (1/1.6?).
