After some investigations: The file has corruption problem (bad copy between Webserver ?).
The only reader that ca play this video under Linux is "swfdec-player" sudo apt-get install swfdec-gnome wget http://www.openerp.tv/images/screencast/Customization.swf swfdec-player Customization.swf Even "gnash" can't read the file.
