Hi, I'm trying to understand how to use Contacts and Partner Contacts.
I noticed that the form for a new Contact is not the same as the form when entering a contact for a Partner. This is confusing because I would expect that all contacts have the same information, even if they are not associated with a Partner. For example, the Mobile field only appears as part of the Contact form and not for a Partner Contact. The Phone field only appears for a Partner Contact but not on the Contact form. Is there a way to integrate the two? My other question, assuming that the information stays separated, is there a way to display the phone number from the Partner information on the list view of all contacts? I hope this is clear.
