administration/users ...and last tab is parents..but its readonly what this means??.....& what actually I am doing is I am maintaing this heirarchy for CRM if someone want to transfer it to its senior he can...but when I am trying to define it by section...and use 1-I see only parent section..not all or in which I have defined current user 2-a message you are already at the top you cannot escalate?
