We have around a 3800 partners of which around 2000 is customers. Is this the best way to manage the document per client. Each client will have on average 5 contracts per year and each contract 10 docs or more. I was thinking on a contract management module to do a one2many. Where 1 partner/client can have many contracts and each contract to have various attachments which is categories with a simple interface to manage the contract.
