I can confirm it. That was the first time it happened to me and we changed a lot of more things and installed extra modules so I simply created a new database and everything was OK again. I didn't imagine the problem was because of setting zonetime... I think it is a bug... Do you want me to open the bug on launchpad? Or you will do yourself?
