Hi, Reading docs and forum, but must be missing something. 
When setting up a gateway openerp creates a .fetchmail folder in 
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/openerp-server/.fetchmail/.
In this folder it creates automaically a folder /DATBASENAME/ and in there a 
configurationfile for the gateway/section, e.g. "support". Lets say my database 
is called "OPENERPDB"

On my mail server I've created a pop3 account [email protected] and put 
in the login credentials in the gateway settings for the section HelpDesk. Just 
plain login, no secure auth e.g.

My file in 
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/openerp-server/.fetchmail/OPENERPDB/HelpDesk 
now looks like this:

poll mail.mymailserver.com user '[email protected]' password 
'mymailpass' port 110 mda 
'/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/openerp-server/addons/crm/scripts/openerp-mailgate/openerp-mailgate.py 
 -u 1 -p mymailpass -s 6  -d OPENERPDB  -m [email protected]'

Until now it all seems oke and files and config seem to be created 
automatically and all looks oke. However I can't get mails into a case for the 
section helpdesk. I've copied stuff around and changed paths etc. as described 
above, but nothing seems to work. Can someone please explain what needs to be 
done to get things moving? Probably missing something stupid  [Embarassed]
