I am trying to create a workflow for account entries. The states are draft, confirmed, posted and cancel. The workflow is from Draft then it is confirmed, then verified. The entry can be cancelled when in the confirmed and posted state. We also assigned a specific user to the buttons, namely Finance / Accountant for the confirm button and Finance / Manager for the Verify and Cancel buttons.
The Verify and Confirm button are readonly accordingly to the assigned user. The problem is for the Cancel button. The button has the type 'object' so I am assuming the problem lies there. When the type is changed, the button is hidden correctly but does not function instead.
