Hi hda, Thank you for this, I actually found the same, I changed the priority for CRM Opportunity Tree view to 15 and print screen is working accordingly. I was wondering if the Partner Contact Tel and EMail address be added. I am using partner_id to get the address but not able to get the tel and email. Lastly, how do I change the title of the print screen doc, from Case to "Enquiry list"
