Good and bad news! the good news are that I have been able to install the module in a new database completely empty but I am still having problems if I install this into a database with some modules installed.
Comparing the partner forms, I realized that the one completely empty does not have pricing lists while the one that is giving me problems has. I have reinstalled the module so this is not an issue. Maybe you can check creating a new database with all the modules activated as per the configuration form.
