Hi Anna, I do agree with you, with a real implementation a plan should be made, agreed up on, controlled and managed. Most serious implementators will have such a plan in place and follow their best practice based on some methodology. Which methodology is best differ per customer and implementator. So it's difficult to implement a common practise. At least we will have discussions about it and perhaps only discussions with no end.
Still i can imaging that a common OpenERP methodology will be developed in it's own tools. I I'm glad to contribute my knowledge to the blueprint and see where we end.
