I guess you did as I explained, only the migrate part? :-) It seems you haven't update the module with the modified code voor the rml file.
Best way is to use bzr to download the latest stable version including all updates. This way you can update directly after a fix is delivered. >From this download/update you can copy the files you need to your production >environment. For me this is the fastest way to install fixes as you have all >bzr logging to see what is fixed in what revision.
