I guess you did as I explained, only the migrate part? :-)
It seems you haven't update the module with the modified code voor the rml file.

Best way is to use bzr to download the latest stable version including all 
updates. This way you can update directly after a fix is delivered.
>From this download/update you can copy the files you need to your production

And if you want to control your productionserver the best way with controlling 
updates and eventueally customizations, you can use your own bzr or svn server 
to do so. that way you can easily uninstall fixes to go back t the previous 
state.
