I can't install dm module, too. I've a currency problem : IntegrityError: insert or update on table "res_country" violates foreign key constraint "res_country_main_currency_fkey" DETAIL: Key (main_currency)=(20) is not present in table "res_currency".
In my res_currency table, I 'only' have 19 records. So I tried to insert a fake 20th in my table, then restarted the server and this solved my problem...
