Sorry, I don't understand why that could happen... It's strange that "Could not initialize class net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.JRStyledTextParser", because all libraries are included in the module. We're using it with Java 5 and 6 so version shouldn't be the problem either, and other people have been able to make it work too so it might be something related with your system. Maybe you could try it in another machine with different operating system (not windows though). Other than that, I'm out of ideas, I can only offer custom support, and maybe get access to the system so I can try to find out what's going on.
