If I'm looking at a partner and click on "Attachment" to create a 
file/attachment, it gets put in the correct partner directory, as expected.

But, if I got to the Document Management area and manually create a new file, I 
don't seem to be able to choose where to put it and it always ends up in the 
root directory (next to Documents and Calendars).

Is there a way to specify which directory to put the file in?
