Hi Fabien,

It might not be a bug, as in it was designed like this, but I find it hard to 
explain to a customer that I have to reboot the webclient -server 
(interruppting the business process of the customer, ie everbody needs to 
re-log on)  to update a dropdown list.

Realising that these kind requests often come from people like directors or 
managers, people who are involved with the business process, we can't wait 
untill everybody has gone home. 

It should at least be considered to have the means of forcing the refresh of 
the cache, without rebooting. (or putting a server in development mode)
