All reports that developed and upaloaded from Report Designer modul are stored in the database. And OpenERP will generate a report from this database, not from RML file. When we want to use RML file then we have to delete this report from database.
>From menu --> Administration/Low Level Objects/Actions/Report Xml delete the >report.
