Hello all, I'm trying to send an email to a user when, for example, a new helpdesk entry is created and the user is choosed as responsible. So, I installed the smtp client, verified a valid email address and I created a rule on the crm.
In this rule, I checked the box to send an email to the responsible and one to a watcher (on which I had to introduce a email address). The watcher receives the email but not the responsible. The problem with the user is that nowhere in his profile I have the possibility to define an email address. So, under the human resouce tabs, I created an employee on which I could define an email address and linked him to the user... but still no email received. So, what do I make false ? Any help is very welcomed.
