:( So, I installed the module. Now I've, as you said, an address field. Editing this address permitt to add contacts for the company. So I add myself as a contact with my email address but this doesnt work. I made a rule to stay to send a mail to the responsible everytime we create a new Helpdesk case. So I create a new helpdesk case with me as responsible but i dit not receive any mail. So, is there no way to warn a user by email that he's responsible for a new created object ? (Helpdesk, outbound call, etc.) ?
