Hi Open your web browser, go to the ics directory, on the ics file, made a right click and "Copy link"
After go to your iCal application (ex Sunbird) select "Subscribe to a calendar" -> on the network and Paste After the last wizrd, Sunbird you to enter the password from the user in OpenERP use to navigate with the web browser.
