I am hosting on a RackSpace cloud server and it is working very well. The performance is slightly slower than I would like but I'm not sure where the delay is. It may just be the public internet.
I started off with their 256MB server and it worked fine but seemed slow, so I upgraded to 1GB but didn't notice any improvement in performance.
