"in the console from where you launched the server or if you launched it as a
daemon you'll find it in /var/log/openerp.log (or whatever you called the log)"

I still don't get any meaningful information regarding XML/RPC traces.

I have a Windows-based test computer (XP SP3) with everything related to
OpenERP installed on it (server + client). Version 5.0.1. I launch the client
using -l debug_rpc argument and connect to the local database. I see that a log
file exists next to OpenERP server executable; however, it lists just very
basic information (module was initialized, etc.). Something like that:

[2009-10-28 10:51:03,209] INFO:init:module product: loading objects
[2009-10-28 10:51:03,209] INFO:init:module product: registering objects

No signs of actual XML/RPCs used.

Do I miss something? As I understand, it should be possible to see the actual
XML/RPCs invoked whenever I manipulate partners through the client if it was
opened in debug mode.

Thanks :)
