Jan, to answer your question:
Yes, port 8021 is open -> I'm able to login to the FTP server. First folder I see after login is the folder with my database name. After I select that, I then see two more folders, Calendars & Documents, selecting any of these two folders I will get an error -> Windows can't access this folder. I've change the owner and permission of the filestore folder, with owner being the name of the database user and permission setting to 777. The path to this folder on my server is /usr/lib/openerp-server/filestore. Can you please confirm that this is correct? Lastly the user that I'm login does have right to document manager. I also login in as admin and still the same error. appreciate the help.
