error comes in this file: esale_joomla_wizard.xml as pointed out by 3pm modifying the xml version from '0.0' to '1.0' solve the problem. However, please restart the server by using Windows Service: control panel->Administrative Tools ->Component Services -> restart OpenERP Server -> Start OpenERP Web.
If problem persist, delete folder : addons/esale_joomla. Import the zip module again and install.
