Hi,
normally, openerp doesn't support, but...can support.

I mean that you have to take it as a development framework with a lot of 
built-in features.

When you want to implement openerp (like every other configurable ERP) in your 
company, you have to decide which module convers that need, you often need to 
customize some addons, design a workflow, develop addons, chart of account and 
so on.

So, don't be sad if openerp still doesn't do all of what you need, because is 
often very easy to customize or develop new features.
