Hi, in OpenERP's manual (charts of account) i read the following: Default Taxes : this is the default tax applied to purchases or sales using this account. It enables the system to generate tax entries automatically when entering data in a journal manually.
I did it as the book says but the system does not generate tax entries automatically.
