Hello All,

I just created a rule for my CRM to send an email with the new case created to 
the responsible user. This is working fine, but now I'd like to add something 
more : In the main body of the email actions, we have some keywords whick is 
great.  And I'd like to add in the message the name of the user who created the 
new Helpdesk support case. Is there a way to do that ?
