I like the ideas for the new web client, particularly having access to the main menu options from anywhere :)
The main requests I have are: 1. Reduce the number of pop-up windows on the web client, or provide a better way to manage them (AJAX tabs?). Currently it is confusing to users, and difficult to train them in how to manage all the pop-up windows! 2. Recent Records list Users need a way to easily get back to previous records they were looking at (e.g. to a previous Partner record or Sales Opportunity).
