I do not know if koo has this ability or not. You can already create all menus you wish using buttons and a form view in OpenERP. Those can open new screens, etc. See the wizards for example. Indeed, you could create a wizard that is shown in full screen mode, with an appropiate stylesheet. The best of all this is that integrators can change the workflow, interface, and functionality for their customers. Non of the things that remain to make Koo work as a POS is really complicated.
