Hello community, I installed DIA for OpenERP code generation and got it working on windows, it took me some time, but it works now
#1 first question, I would like to create a video tutorial and share it on http://blip.tv/ ?? I ask because Dia is a wonderful tool and there is not much information regarding OpenERP-Dia... maybe there is a reason why there is no video tutorials, that is why I am asking the community #2 is there any software to import a Database Schema into Dia for latter code generation to OpenERP, I looked to several from this site http://www.schemamania.org/ but found nothing to convert a database schema to Dia #3 is there a converter in which I could convert My existing UML (in XML) Schema to Dia ( we use to use a proprietary software like Altova Umodel, and I would like to convert our applications to OpenERP modules to share them) #4 Is it possible to do advanced Python coding for OpenERP in Dia UML, I mean all the business logic for a openERP Module can be created using Dia ? is Dia just intended to prototype the application to the customer , as a starting RAD tool then use Eclipse PyDev to really create the advanced featured of the OpenERP modules ? #5 In an attempt to contribute, I just made a video on OpenERP and Eclipse-PyDev Development, is that ok for openERP with the community? http://blip.tv/file/3093220 Regards Oscar Agreda -------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openobject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=49827#49827 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman2/listinfo/tinyerp-users
