Does anyone know if it's possible to add a state to an existing workflow via a new module?
I would like to add a state called "credit_limit_exception" where if the partner is over the credit limit, a sale order will go from draft to this exception if they try to confirm it. I know there are ways to add new actions/transitions, but not new states. Any help would be much appreciated.
