If you are purchasing goods in different UOM then selling then UOS will be used. for example KG and PCS are from different category of UOM for particular product we purchase KG and make PCS of that goods and sale. In this case we can define UOS. for example from 1 kG if we are making 10 pcs then coeff = 10
