Hi, I think that from a certain project size, it'll be really good to have such a methodology. Small project don't really need this I agree.
But when you start to have more and more OpenERP project, and more complex one, then it become a real need. I think the future methodology will just address the good practices and give Partners some advices aboout integrating an Open Source ERP. Everyone will of course be free to use it entirely (provided modules, process and methodology) or just some part according to their own context. At the end, all we want is to increase the efficiency of Partners regarding the OpenERP implementations. A better methodology means better projects and better projects means happy customers :) ! In the mean while, Partners will save time by using a good "way to work". May be it's not that realistic, but I'll give it a try anyway !
